Which to me, seems like it means that when you&#039;re watching a french translation of say, Dirty Harry, you&#039;re not actually seeing what Dirty Harry would sound like if he was french. You&#039;re seeing the english speaking Dirty Harry using french words.

I would love for the french dubbed version of Pulp Fiction to go like, &quot;Heille, de quoi y&#039;a d&#039;l&#039;air Marcel Ouellette? Y&#039;a tu d&#039;l&#039;air d&#039;une noune? Ben comment s&#039;fait d&#039;abord t&#039;essaye de l&#039;fourrer comme une noune&quot;]]></description>
